Enforcement Policy

When a licence is no longer in good standing, the register and the seal say so.

The Authority may require the holder to explain a domain, a change of control, a complaint, the treatment of customer funds, or a failure to file. Silence is itself a fact the Authority can act on.

A direction can require the holder to stop a promotion, remove a domain, honour a self-exclusion, or commission a review. A direction does not by itself change the public status. Suspension and revocation do.

The published policy is also set out under Enforcement.
