The licence does not go quiet after issue

An active holder keeps the record true. Some facts are reported when they happen. Others are reported on the cycle set in the licence conditions.

Report when it happens

  • A change in the persons who control the legal entity.
  • A new domain, or a domain that is retired.
  • A new address from which the business is directed.
  • An inability to meet a player withdrawal from identifiable funds.
  • A security incident that exposes player account data.

A change of domain or address is filed as an amendment. It is not effective on the register until the Authority accepts it. Operating on an undeclared domain is outside the licence.

Periodic report

Once a year, and at renewal, the holder confirms the legal name, the LEI if one is held, the categories actually offered, the domains in use, and the addresses. The confirmation is the renewal or amendment form, not a separate portal. Complaints that were not resolved with the player are summarised for Compliance & enforcement.
