The Authority will receive a competent request that concerns a named licence, a domain on the register, or the treatment of players. Cooperation does not rewrite the register. Status still changes only when the Authority changes it.
Holders who operate toward customers elsewhere remain responsible for the laws of those places. This site does not describe those laws.
