Player Complaint Process

A complaint about a named licence goes first to the operator, and then to the Authority if it is not resolved.

  1. The player uses the operator’s complaint process and keeps the licence number from the certificate page.
  2. If the complaint is not resolved, it can be sent to Compliance & enforcement with the licence number, the domain, and what was asked of the operator.
  3. The Authority may require the holder to explain the matter. A complaint does not by itself change the public status.

The Authority does not award a payment. It supervises the licence. Where a dispute remains between the player and the operator, see authorized dispute resolution.
