  • It confirms the legal entity, the categories, the domains, the addresses, and the status the Authority has published.
  • It does not confirm that a brand, a payment agent, or an affiliate site is licensed unless that domain is on the record.
  • It does not confirm solvency, software fairness, or the lawfulness of the operation in another territory.
  • A seal shown on a domain that is not on the record does not bring that domain onto the licence.
