Regulatory Standards

The core conditions are the same for the whole register.

  • The operator is fit and proper, and tells the Authority when control changes.
  • Games are offered only on the domains named on the licence.
  • Players are adults. Self-exclusion and account limits are available before a deposit is taken.
  • Customer funds are identifiable, and the operator can explain where they are held.
  • Suspicious activity is reported, and records are kept so a decision can be reconstructed.
  • Advertising does not target children and does not describe a product the licence does not cover.
